AUTUMN DUCAL IN EARTH LANDS

EXHIBITION, TOURIST – CULTURAL event on food and wine and agricultural production of the Duchy of Este organized by Pro Loco Ferrara. For two days Ferrara returns to be the ducal capital with a large market, of which BIODIVERSITY and FOOD EXCELLENCES are the common thread, therefore there will also be some products at risk of extinction and forgotten fruits from other territories. The exhibition will focus on the knowledge and sale of typical products (fruits, flowers, mushrooms, bulbs and plants) and on the tasting of typical seasonal Ferrara dishes.

A two-day food and wine, which aims to stimulate interest in a lifestyle in contact with nature, starting from the pleasure of creating a kitchen garden on the balcony using natural techniques and recycling materials, to meet the producer who he talks passionately about his product, but it will also be an opportunity to discover the aromas and flavors that were already present at the Estense Court banquets. This year will be distributed coupons that allow you to have tastings of food, our traditional delicacies, and wines produced in the area.
